This agency swiftly became the nucleus of Arghilian intelligence forces.

He named this department RaCTE (Randuan's Covert Technology and Espionage). RaCTE rapidly gained acclaim for its sophisticated surveillance systems, advanced encryption algorithms, and secure covert communication technologies. Under Randuan's stewardship, RaCTE became the bedrock of Arghilian's national security, ascending to the premier department within the Union.

Randuan's dedication to innovation kept RaCTE at the forefront of intelligence and defense. He passed away in 2085 AT, leaving behind a legacy immortalized in his collected poems and, more significantly, in the enduring strength of RaCTE. His last recorded words were: "Well, here we are, Randuan, where your life leaves; --" Though his name might remain confined to classified archives, his impact ensures Arghilian's safety for generations.

Major Historical Contributions of RaCTE

• Following the death of Frijhidien Late, RaCTE was instrumental in dismantling DIMTIA, the central intelligence HQ of Dinnotophien.
• Played a critical role in the Union's internal conflicts between Linguals and Anti-Linguals by: proposing the Anti-Lingual party's formation in the DDP, destroying the first Lingual base, and suggesting the creation of Arghilian's LaLA to resolve the conflicts.
• Authored the NPFD (Neutral Peacekeeping Force Document).
• Drafted the PTCD (Post-Conflict Treaty Document) after the resolution of the Conflict.

Fear of a more powerful successor, the 'Trichonderogan II' (a galaxy-destroying starship rumored from leaked UDSHA blueprints), prompted Ichrapotien to attempt Arghilian's self-destruction with a Cillindyan class starship. This was narrowly prevented by UDSHA-backed rebels.

7. Linguistic Conflicts & Resolutions: Arghilian faced significant internal strife between 'Linguals' and 'Anti-Linguals'.
